During the week Krysten Zacher works in the aerospace industry, but in her personal time Krysten loves engaging in yoga.

Krysten has brought yoga to all levels and age groups, from toddles to seniors, and from beginners to advanced.

Her yoga style is in the Vinyasa tradition. In some sessions Krysten utilizes a ‘slow flow’, which is mindful of breathing and feels like a graceful dance, and others a ‘power flow’, which uses more upbeat and stronger movements.

Krysten’s charitable values were recognized with her ‘Poses for Causes’, where her students made donations to worthy causes in lieu of class fees.
