Who is River Med Spa?
BRUCE BURSTEIN, MD
FOUNDER AND MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Bruce Burstein is an ABEM board-certified emergency physician, AAOPM board-eligible in Aesthetics and Procedural Medicine.

CLINICAL:
Throughout his medical career, Dr. Burstein has had tens of thousands of unique patient encounters in emergency departments and urgent care centers throughout New York and Florida. Dr. Burstein routinely managed patients presenting when they were most ill – with problems relating to any & all medical specialties.
Subsequently, Dr. Burstein undertook intensive training in Aesthetics and Procedural Medicine and is now board-eligible in this specialty as well. Broad in scope and perspective, the training far supersedes state licensure requirements for the provision of office cosmetic procedures.
While continuing to work in the emergency department setting, Dr. Burstein has launched ‘River Med Spa’ where he provides traditional medical care & procedural cosmetics including neurotoxin and filler injectables, cosmetic laser procedures, IPL, PRP, micro-needling, and facials.
TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISES:
Dr. Burstein has spent years developing medical software for capturing patient encounters. Both his own product, MediMatics, and the software developed by the companies for which he worked as a Chief Medical Officer, ProMed, LLC, and veEDIS, LLC, have excelled in capturing structured data and outputting prose in an optimal, human-readable format. Dr. Burstein developed CareTrak, a leading technology for Clinical Decision Support (CDS). Tasked with use case, gap analysis, requirement statement development, quality assurance, training, content & logical content development, and compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards Dr. Burstein was intimately involved with every aspect of electronic medical record product development to ensure CEHRT, and implementation to ensure Hospital MU.
EDUCATIONAL ENTERPRISES:
Dr. Burstein created ‘Educational Campaign’ whose mission is to educate today’s students to better contribute, produce and lead tomorrow’s world. Discerning, via gap analysis, the inadequacies between educational skills taught vs. the needs of business & industry, Dr. Burstein has identified 10 significant educational deficiencies and authored “The Medical Conversation” and produced a video educational series with the same name. Website development, video editing & production, image editing, diabetes, anxiety & panic, statistics, energetics, metrics, and journal review are other educational deficiencies targeted for educational content production
OSNAT HAR NOY
FOUNDER AND MANAGER
Osnat (Ozzy) Har Noy received her Bachelor in Design from Shenkar College of Engineering & Design, Ramat Gan, Israel. Ozzy subsequently pursued jewelry design and engaged in every step of jewelry production from 3D imaging & printing, casting, metal-working, and every aspect of marketing and sales. Osnat has customers throughout the world. Her use of geometric patterns is her favored style and in 2014 Ozzy was awarded Miami Fashion Weeks’ Jewelry Designer of the Year.
In addition to pursuing a broad education in aesthetics with her husband, Dr. Burstein, Osnat also obtained a degree in facial aesthetics. Her excellence was appreciated, in fact, she was recruited to teach facial aesthetics.
Her roles as an entrepreneur in launching River Med Spa are exhaustive, as is the work. Osnat oversaw the property acquisition for River Med Spa, which is situated at the Cocoa Village Marina – and it is stunning – as well as the interior design which completes the comfortable & tranquil setting that she loves to provide her team and guests.

Michelle Lewis, PA-C
Michelle is a Physician Assistant with nine years managing emergency department patients. Michelle trained and transitioned into Aesthetics several years ago and has become a Master Injector of neurotoxins, fillers, and Kybella.
Michelle takes pleasure in discussing and educating her guests on all available options to help achieve their individual aesthetic goals.

Ellen Da Silva
Born in South Brazil and a Portuguese native speaker, Ellen has lived in Central Florida for over two decades. She has an extensive experience in guest relations in the hospitality and medical field giving her an eye for urgency and detail.
A skillful and precise NHA CPT “certified phlebotomy technician” in the State of Florida with multiple years in the hospital lab and blood bank setting. Ellen’s passion for self-care encouraged her to obtain a State of Florida Esthetics License and is very happy to have become part of caring and skillful team at River Med Spa.

Christy is an RN with 8 years managing emergency department patients. Christy trained and transitioned into Infusion Therapy 2 years ago and prides herself with expertise in starting IV’s while providing the utmost care and comfort to the client.

I am Kristi Amberg and skin care is my passion! Making people feel good on the inside and “GLOW” on the outside is my specialty. I have been a licensed cosmetologist, esthetician, educator and instructor for many years. I have received certifications in business, medical grade skin care and products, facials, RF micro needling and laser safety. I am looking forward to helping you with all of your skin care needs and goals.

Layne Greenfield
Layne is a Brevard County native. She graduated Georgia Southern University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science, and an eagerness to purse a career in the medical aesthetics field.
She loves meeting new people and is truly passionate about delivering life changing results to our guests. Intensively trained and equipped with the latest in skin technology, Layne will perform a facial analysis during your consultation. An individualized plan will then be created for you as you are redirected to our treatment experts. She cannot wait to join you as we exceed your expectations and aesthetic goals!
